Beautiful ensemble of coffee tables by french painter and ceramist Jean Lurçat also famous for his tapestries and wall hangings.
Constituted of one big rectangular table (138,5x47x40cm) with 29 tiles with a siren motif, a pair of square tables (138,5x47x40cm) with 4 big tiles with the rooster and a slightly bigger square table (47x47x40cm) with 9 tiles featuring a bird.
Base in black metal with round feet.
The same table with the siren motif can be found in the house of Jean Lurçat in Paris, the Villa Seurat build by his brother and architect André Lurçat.
Can be sold separately.
