Lounge chair designed by Pierre Jeanneret and produced in its first version by Wohnbedarf, Switzerland.
This sculptural armchair takes its name from the shape of its scissor base, an antecedent of the compass base of Pierre Jeanneret's armchairs from the 50s for Chandighar. Its structure is made of maple wood and stands out for its minimalist, uncluttered design.
The Scissors chair was subsequently produced in a modified version by Knoll in the 50s and 60s.
