Name
Stool in stainless steel by Michel Pigneres , 1970
Ref.
F175
Description
Rare stool designed by french sculptor Michel Pignères around 1970. Michel Pignères created a small series of highly crafted objects and furniture which was edited only for a few years.
The use of stainless steel instead of the usual wood and textile bring stool to the level of a sculpture.
The way the metal has been braided is beautifully crafted.
Woven and brushed stainless steel give to the stool a strong dynamism of shapes and charming light effects.
